Messages are especially useful when they are about:

• Bug reports: a button that does not work, a layout problem, or an error on a specific browser or device.
• Wrong results: a count, conversion, sort order or normalization that does not match what you expected.
• Suggestions: improvements to existing tools or clearer explanations on a page.

How to report a problem

Please include the page or tool name, the options you selected, a short sample of the input, the result you got and the result you expected. Mentioning your browser and operating system helps reproduce layout and Unicode issues.

Do not send sensitive text

The tools never upload what you type, but a message you send is no longer local. Never include passwords, personal data, confidential documents or customer lists. Create a short sample that reproduces the problem instead, for example a single line with the same characters.
